Property Valuer - Sydney

 

Part / Full Time

You will be responsible for:

> Sales analysis and research
> Database entry
> Site and sales inspections
> Report writing & provisional assessments
> Assisting team members

To be successful in this role you will have:

> Membership with relevant industry bodies for valuation accreditation
> Confident, engaging and compelling communication skills
> Proven work/study history
> Ability to meet deadlines
> Understanding of Valuation Land Act 1916, Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 and various other related legislation
> A sound understanding of Valuation Methodology & Rationale
> Strong IT skills
