Southern Alliance Valuation Services Pty Ltd (SAVS) was established in 2002, initially providing professional property valuation services to New South Wales State and Local Government agencies.
Over the years, SAVS expanded its expertise to service corporate & private sector clients across a broad range of property valuation needs.

SAVS is led by a Certified Practising Valuer, a Member of the Australian Property Institute, Australian Valuers Institute and a Member of the APIV Scheme (Limitation of Liability). Formerly employed by the NSW Valuer General (1988-1995) and the NSW State Valuation Office (1996-2000). ​

Valuation experience ranges from assessing, determining & delivering statutory valuations, market valuations for stamp duty / transfer, capital gains tax & probate, recommendations & determinations for acquisition purposes, asset valuations of property portfolio's, partial interest assessments eg: easements, valuations for financial purposes & due-diligence.

SAVS provides valuations across a diverse range of property types, including low, medium & high density residential, small & large retail / commercial including mixed residential / commercial developments, small to large industrial property including industrial estates, passive & active public recreation areas, community lands to specialised categories eg: airspace, waterways, licences & permissive occupancies.

Steven is the Director of Southern Alliance Valuation Services Pty Ltd and has been practising as a professional property valuer since 1988.
With over 38 years of industry experience, Steven has worked within both the public and private sectors, including the NSW Valuer General and the NSW State Valuation Office.
Steven is recognised for his expertise across residential, commercial, industrial, retail and specialised property types, delivering accurate, independent and practical advice for government, corporate and private clients.
